All orders are processed within 3–5 business days after receiving your order confirmation email. You will receive another notification when your order has shipped. Please note that any custom or made-to-order items will require 1-2 additional weeks to process and ship.

We ship via UPS, FedEx, and USPS, depending on the destination, size, and weight of your order.  Customers are responsible for all shipping charges, unless a free shipping promotion is explicitly stated at checkout. Shipping fees are non-refundable.

Returns are accepted within 14 days of delivery, provided items are unused, in their original packaging, and in fully resalable condition.  All items are eligible for return except bespoke paper goods (including stationery sets, gift sets, and notepads).  A $10 restocking fee will be deducted from all eligible returns.
